Recomp question.

Hi, I've just read a few articles on recomp.
I think I might be at the right stage body weight wise to do this.
My questions are am I eating the right kind of macros to succeed and can I achieve the desired results doing home work outs such as dumbell strength training videos or do you need to do more structured lifting programs?
I'm currently 9st 10lb and 5ft 3in.
My diary is open and any suggestions or tips would be great fully received.
Thanks in advance.

You are at the right stage if you are happy at or around that weight.
Macros = relatively unimportant at maintenance.
Training = very important, without proper stimulus you don't get growth.
Dumbbell videos = no idea what exercises, weights or programming that involves. (TBH doesn't sound promising!)
Desired results = you need to expand on that, how lofty are your ambitions?1 -

p90x3 would work for recomp?
0.8g of protein per lb weight
0.35g of fat
carbs the rest.1 -

I'm obviously a bit green! Not sure what p90x3 is?
Thanks for macro info. Not sure how easy/difficult it is to figure out diet plan though.0 -

It's a 90 day workout programme with dumbells.
Pre log your day to hit your goals, you don't need a diet plan just hit your minimums for fat and protein.1 -

Tony Horton is crazy, but I really enjoyed it.
Might be worth checking out some 'proper' strength training too - new rules of lifting for women for example.1
