For me it was Elliptical for 60 minutes a day. Good resistance. Don't use the arms too much, just let the arms move with the machine and let your legs do the most work.0

Walk, run, hike outside. Thats what has worked for me0

saw the title and all i could think was Dr. Pol chasing cows through a pasture in order to get them toned. . i snorted water out my nose. . .sorry had to put that out there. anyway, fat will come off wherever it wants to but all the above mentioned activities will make them look nice when genetics decides it's leg day.1
