I'm still trying to get down to 130 pounds but if I don't I'm just going to accept where I'm at...I feel good at 133 and that's all that should matter :)

Thanks everyone for all your concerns and suggestions <3 I've decided that I'm not going to do low low carb anymore and I'm going to just be carb conscious...I really do think that what happened yesterday was from being so low carb and not getting enough calories...So new plan starting on Sunday :)

    There ya go... *thumbs up*

    Thanks
JUDDD is an up day down day diet...The basic premise is to eat as much as you want one day UD (Up Day) without intentionally overstuffing yourself and to eat only 20% to 50% of your daily calorie requirement the next day DD (Down Day)...The reason for the spread between 20% and 50% has to do with weight loss: If you have a lot to lose, go with 20%. If you've reached your goal and you're maintaining your weight 50% is fine...Right now Im doing the 20% and after I lose my last 2 pounds I will be doing the maintenance phase which is up to 50%

I'm eating OMAD on my DD which is 312 calories and then on my UD I'm eating 1566 calories from Noon to 5 :)

Hi... did you exercise from the beginning of your OMAD plan or did you start once you were down a particular amount of weight? I'm missing doing some kind of exercise, and I'm trying to lose 25% of my current weight. It feels odd to not do more than just walking.

I didn't start exercising (Walking Only) until 6 months after starting my diet and I added in rebounding 7 after months into my diet :)

I think I have Snapping Hip Syndrome but as of now it doesn't hurt but I do feel a popping sensation while I'm walking...Im going to do some stretching exercises and if it starts getting painful I will need to visit my doctor :(

Also a few years ago I was bit by a Tic and had the bull's eye rash and symptoms but the Lyme test was negative which I think was a misdiagnosis because with everything I've read, if you get the rash then its lymes disease and I get pains in my joints every once in a while...I'm thinking that the popping in my hip is related :/

I need to get my doctor to refer me to a specialist because hometown doctors don't know how to test or treat lymes...
