Easy snackables!

6 rice cakes
3/4 cup tomato sauce
6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded

Spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce onto each rice cake, sprinkle each with 1 tbsp parmensan.
Bake in oven at 350* until cheese begins to melt or heat in microwave until cheese bubbles.

Enjoy!

    thanks for the recipe. This sounds like a great snack. You have inspired me on some new snack ideas. I will also try the rice cakes with peanut butter and other toppings to change things up alittle. Make sure you add to the calorie counter on the meal log in.
    Good luck with more ideas. and the numbers are very useful.

    I haven't entered my recipes in the database but someone else can if they choose to have these meals/snacks since I have included the nutrition facts.

    I also spread some fluff on the rice cakes and drizzle low fat chocolate syrup ontop.
