New and confused!

Hi there! I am brand new here and trying this plan. I have been trying the Ketosis plan for 3 weeks and not seeing a change in weight even though I am following it to a tee! So I thought I would try this but I am at a loss of what foods I can eat when feeling nibbly that will not put me over my daily calories of 1200.. :)
