New and confused!

Hi there! I am brand new here and trying this plan. I have been trying the Ketosis plan for 3 weeks and not seeing a change in weight even though I am following it to a tee! So I thought I would try this but I am at a loss of what foods I can eat when feeling nibbly that will not put me over my daily calories of 1200..

Ok I think I found that. It says Carbs - 20%, Fat - 54%, Protein - 25%0

it does have some keto threads there. maybe it's changed (i haven't checked in awhile), but the keto group below didn't seem to be as active. but with the increase of keto people in the forums, maybe it's picked up.
