4 years I think was 2013.

Plus 1 pregnancy in 2015 with 54lb gain.

Posting my picture frightens me, but I ultimately decided to face my fear.
Just over 52 pounds gone. I still have about 30 I'd like to lose, but I'm over halfway there. That pic on the right was taken today (I cropped out the date, lol)

This is essentially a ~30 lb. difference.
My heaviest weight was 190 lbs. I'm currently at 140 lbs.
The picture to the left is last Summer at ~175 lbs (during my journey). The picture on the right is from a couple days ago at ~140 lbs (further into my journey).
I don't think I will ever be able to find a photo at 190 lbs., but the 30 lbs. between 170 and 140 is still a chunk of what I have accomplished and though it is slow, I am proud of what I have achieved.
