Having yo-yoed all my life in 2013 I decided once and for all to something about my weight. At 5foot 5inched and 16 stone.
In 2015 I got to goal of 10 stone 10lb.
Fast forward 2 years and I'm back up to 14 st 7lb.
Lots of hard work to do (again)
Think I will set a more realistic goal of 11 stone 7lb.

Awesome, just slowly chip away at your goals. I've been up and down, especially the past few years. For me, starting over is embracing the journey. Now I keep the end goal in my thoughts but maintain flexibility as life happens. You'll do great!0
