I usually update on Mondays, but thanks for asking, that is part of what makes this group great. I have had a crappy week, i havent stuck to OMAD much at all. Tomorrow is a new day, and I will pick it back up again. No excuses, but the days leading up to Memorial day are always rough, I lost a lot of good friends in the wars. I just need to refocus and get myself going again. Thanks again for checking up on me!!1

Take care and thanks for serving!0

It's very honorable to have served for your country.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Things like this happen. Hope you are feeling better today!0 -
You did a great service to your country at such a cost. Sorry about the loss of your friends. Don't be hard on yourself, you will pick up and move on. You know what you need to know.0

Yes, you can gain in a deficit. But it won't look the same since you are still losing water / fat. So here is the diet for it:
6 eggs per day (fried and lightly cooked)
A good serving of beans or peas
A peanut butter sandwich
A good portion of meat or poultry.
A small block of cheese.
And a tablespoon of coconut oil (to offset the omega 6's with omega 3's)
This works for me.0 -

Well I didn't get where I wanted in May, but I didn't gain either so that is a plus. I am still playing with my workout and have just lowered the weight for now and staying on OMAD. We leave for Disney this month, 12 days on the meal plan, so I won't be practicing OMAD, but the main goal is to maintain with healthy eating and making good use of the gym in the resort.0 -

I had a couple of NSVs this week. In the gym on Monday, I had someone come and ask for advice on their Squat, made me feel pretty good! The second was I ate Burger King on Wednesday night, and literally got sick, the grease was too much to handle. My OMAD has been a little loose this week, but still trying. My clothes are fitting much better and I am not paying any attention to the scale for while.2

Doing great! Keep focused on what you do and not a number. It's the best way to stay motivated, just seeing how you feel0
