Successes/struggles - I'm so pleased, but my biggest success is my disabled son walked a longer distance than ever before, after joining me on daily walks  no struggles to speak of, have been getting black spots when I stand - suspect low blood sugar. Hoping it goes away or will start incorporating a wee bit more sugar.

Successes / struggles this week: Everyone is coming back to work from vacation and dropping treats on the "sweets table." I tend to deal with stress by eating, so I am keeping a journal next to my keyboard so I can write out my feelings instead of hitting the sweets table in my office!

Successes / struggles this week: my struggle is that i need to get surgery on 8/25 for a torn meniscus. i have to stay focused on the goal (lose 10% of body weight by 8/25) so that i don't have to worry about weight post surgery. Success is that I am working out every day to keep the burn going, building muscle. Also trying intermittent fasting this week.

Successes / struggles this week: Difficult month to kick off, recovering from a concussion and drastically limited in what I'm allowed to do for exercise. It's ALL about the clean eating this month, so it will be interesting to see how much I an affect my weight with motivation, walking less than 20mins at a time, and eating as clean as I can. No excuses. Follow through.

I would like to participate too--I did well in June2017 with my weight loss but I have a 1-week vacation coming up in mid-July & hope to remain focused on my diet and not fall off plan & derail my weight loss--63 pounds lost so far this year (but about 90 more pounds to go).

Successes / struggles this week: I was good on the workout front, but could do better on the diet. I indulged way too much..I think taking two full rest days in a row allowed my body to release some water I was retaining. Between the holiday and some family stuff that may require unexpected travel, I'm just hoping to keep my head above water this week! I'm in the 180s...170s here I come!

Successes / struggles this week: Two frustrations this week: first I recorded my start weight wrong on this thread and then had that number in my mind all week until I actually looked at my log and I was a pound more. Second is that I stayed under calories and got my workouts in all week and the scale hasn't budged. I'm hoping it's just TOM bloat. We are headed out for an 8 day family vacation tomorrow morning and I really wanted to see a loss to motivate me to stay on track while away.

I had ankle surgery June 1st, I swore I would never weigh more than 250 lbs. When I took the cast off I tipped the scale at 258.5 lbs. I started counting calories again and I've lost 8 lbs. in June. It's aggressive but I'm committed become active again and lose another 10 pounds this month.

My end goal is 200 lbs (then keep it off) but it can't happen overnight. My clothes already fit me better and I can't wait to feel comfortable in the next size. By the way, does anyone know how to update your post without hitting the quote tab?

Successes / struggles this week: I was actually at a lower weight on Saturday but them my TOM happened and I went back up a little. I have been doing great on my gluten free diet (I just found out I am intolerant), I have a lot more energy and no stomach or headaches. I have been working out again doing kettlebells and kickboxing (my two favorites) and so far I have been super motivated and on track.
