    I am so down! My goal is to lose 10lbs by my bridal shower (the day before JK & Harry's birthday!), so I can fit back into my wedding dress.

    Hi, you don't have to read the books... the number of pages just gives us some goals to aim for.

    Some people do read them at the same time, but I don't.

    6/16: 200lbs. Sweet progress! Previously doing Zumba, but this week I started Beachbody's Insanity. Only on day 4 and it is kicking my butt, but I feel like I'm getting stronger. Not dieting so much as trying to control my portions better, drink more water, and eat better quality foods.
    6/25: 197lbs :) Doing pretty good. This past week I've been a bit off schedule with my workouts but making it up with lots of walking. Also, even though I ate out a few times, I tried to make healthy choices and drink lots of water. Two more pounds before I can move on to CoS :)
    7/11: 195.2 is exactly what the scale said this morning, and exactly how much I need to weigh in order to move on to CoS! Changed up my calorie intake and so far so good.

    CoS 251 pages equal 8.

    I also read too fast, but I am thinking about having to lose the weight to get to read that book (instead of reading it while I lose).

    My other thought was to reward myself with the audio book each time I got the weight for each book. That way I can listen to the books as I exercise.
