Way to get lean

    ...... maybe mix in some weight training and cardio too?

    Put your correct stats and goals into mfp and get a calorie goal. Log your food and get your diet under control. You can't out exercise a bad diet. The kind of foods you eat are personal preference.

    Then do some cardio to burn some calories and lift some weights to preserve or build muscle.

    Consume fewer calories than you spend in a day. Eat healthy calories (lean beef, roasted potatoes and fresh veggies vs a candy bar and soda). Exercise regularly, cardio and weight lifting.

    Basically what every doctor and nutritionist says: eat healthy & exercise. It really is that simple. If you want to see what two years of eating healthy and exercise looks like. Go look at my page, there's a picture of me two years ago and two days ago. HUGE difference!!!!
