I am very short and my calorie needs are also low. "Cheating" means gaining weight for me. I do have higher calorie meals as social occasions warrant, but I need know the numbers so I log so I can balance things out over a week.

I don't believe in the concept so I don't have any. In general, I eat what I want. If I want that cupcake it just means sacrifices elsewhere either over the course of that day or the surrounding days (depending on the situation).

Never. I don't have "cheat" days or meals. I basically make sure to eat my minimal requirements for my macros (protien, veggies, carbs) and micros (all my nutrients). Then if I plan on having something not so good - I work out extra. Oh, BBQ - better add an extra 15 min to my cardio and hit a few more exercise sets to my workout. Burgers for dinner - well, my 1.5 he planned lifting session is now a 2 hour workout. In the end it works as I never feel deprived of any food.

I don't have cheat days. Cheat days turn into cheat weeks. I plan ahead.

No cheat days. I have one day a week where I indulge in some foods that I normally wouldn't choose, but I stay within my calories. (It's a day when exercise isn't just 'a nice idea' but 'something to make sure I do if I want to keep to a deficit'.)

I don't have cheat days. I personally think the concept and negative food association is unhealthy.

I do have planned higher calorie days though, and these allow me to eat more food, and include more "fun" food. They fit in to my calorie goal for the week so I still stay on track for my goals.

There are a few days where I go somewhere and really don't care (fancy restaurants for birthdays, and Christmas etc) unless I'm prepping for something specific then every bite is accounted for.
Totally agree! Wouldn't change a word.
