Thanks! This is exactly the challenge I need, as I have this problem with "grazing" at home at night. For instance last night I worked late and left work with the intention of eating something small and light before going to bed. Which I did. But not for long. Soon I found that I had grabbed the box of triscuits and jar of low fat peanut butter and poof, my day's limit was exceeded.
So my goal will be: nothing but healthy snacks after dinner, and then ONLY if it leaves under my goal for the day by at least 100 calories (in case I had mis-logged or forgotten anything that day).1 -
