Going nowhere fast. Help anyone?

I started my weight loss journey about 6 months ago and so far, nothing.
A bit of background, I'm 5'4, about 120lbs and hoping to get leaner, and to be around 105-110lbs. I'm not fat by any stretch, and I'm not even that unhappy with my body the way it is now but I don't think I look/feel the best I can. My bum/thighs are pretty flabby and I definitely have fat to lose
My exercise levels are okay, I have a 9 to 5 office job but over the past few months I've been doing 30-45 minutes on the treadmill at about 10km/ph, I mostly do this because if I don't I feel really groggy and unhappy so it's less of a weight loss thing and more for my mental sanity. Only recently have I started to go to the gym and attending classes and incorporating more weights but I still feel like it's getting me nowhere
In terms of my diet, I eat pretty healthy and have been over the past few months (with my fair share of cheat days of course). I'm a snacker and with a HUGE sweet tooth but I try to keep it at bay by eating dried and fresh fruit instead. I'm not really a big salty fast food or big meal type of person and never have been. I've also been vegan for almost a year, but only the past couple of months have I been more health conscious (when I first started I could literally eat a full sleeve of Oreos in one sitting, or 2 servings worth of pasta)
My frustration is mainly with the amount of changes I've made and no results. I've been doing everything i should to a T, i sleep enough, drink plenty of water, hardly eat out or go out drinking, I avoid fast/processed foods as much as I can, I don't overindulge in sweet foods (as much as I'd love to) I eat TONNES of fruit and veggies and exercise regularly, yet I'm exactly the same place (body shape, weight etc) as I was when all I would do is sit and eat biscuits and cake all day.
I'm hoping if I just stick to my new gym routine (attending 1 class a day day and incorporating more weights) I might start to see results soon. Maybe if I start to track my calories or macros that might help, though it drives me CRAZY trying to stick to a calorie goal and logging everything I eat (sorry mfp) and just isn't sustainable for me. I guess I just need some encouragement, or a shove in the right direction. Maybe there's something glaringly obvious I'm missing, or some miracle tea I need to start drinking to see any results but I'm starting to lose hope in myself and the motivation I had 6 months ago
Any tips?

Have you looked into recomp? It might give you the look you want. Eating at maintenance and doing a progressive lifting program could be what you need to meet your goals. Good luck0

You're already at a low weight, and anything below 110 would qualify you as underweight. Rather than lose, I think a recomp would be a better idea. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat2

Hit the weights for toned muscle. My boyfriend likes to remind me that it takes years for men like him to bulk.... it wont happen to anyone, male or female, accidently. Heavy leg and glute exercises will tone you up a lot. My butt and legs look way more toned after I started lifting heavier. You can have a body fat test done for free at most gyms I have came across. You can also buy caliphers and a tape measure to test at home. If you gain 5 lbs in muscle and lose 5 lbs of fat, you will be smaller, more toned and the same weight. Just going by the scale is deceptive.2

Try tracking measurements instead of weight, it sounds like you're getting healthier but even if you have "fat to lose", women need a higher level of fat to be healthy than men. Fat is an organ. Also strength training will go a long way toward making your body look and feel more athletic.0
