Stubborn Fats :(

I'm 1 month plus into fitness and I've been going to the gym around 4-6 days per week, alternating between cardio and weight workouts, but I'm still bummed that my thigh and arm fats are determined to stay, although my belly fat is gradually slimming. Any recommendations on getting rid of the thigh fat?

It will go. If you still have fat to lose overall, your calorie intake will determine whether you will lose it. Unfortunately you just can't choose were you will lose it from and in what order.1

Unfortunately that is the case. I'm trying to keep my calorie intake under control and keeping up with my cardio and weight workouts. I guess only time and persistence could tell!0

You can't spot reduce and its only been a month. Have patience.1

Increase the quantity and quality of your strength program. It won't necessarily burn more fat, but by building muscle, you'll get better definition in your arms and legs... You're female, so it will take longer than a male due to est/test ratios.
What are you currently doing weekly?

I've been slowly chipping away for months. MONTHS. Thighs and triceps are also the last spots to go on me (and common for females in general imo)
Keep being consistent with your deficit and exercise.... Take photos and/or measurements to give yourself a better perspective of your progress1 -
Are you tracking your food as well? In order to lose fat you need to be in a deficit, have you lost weight in this 6 week period? You can't choose where it comes off, so keep going and have patience. The fitness media sells stuff by telling you that you can "transform your body" in a few weeks, but that's not really how it works.1

are you following a structured lifting program or just doing what you please?
you also need consistent calorie deficit + accurate logging. Oh, and it has only been a month - it is a marathon not a sprint...0 -
One month...might want to work on adjusting your mind set. People can work for many months, if not years on stubborn areas.
Stay the course and be patient0 -
As others said, definitely must have patience... stubborn fat is called that for a reason! I've been working on my body composition for years, and I anticipate there are many more years ahead.0

are you intermittent fasting?? how many meal a day are you eating???

This ^! After one month, you are just beginning to get something to happen. Set a 3 month target to measure and a 6 month one. Not much is going to show in 1 month. But the process will have results over time.0 -
It takes a lot longer than 1 month of working out to burn fat... and exercise doesn't burn fat either.
What truly burns fat is a calorie deficit. Be accurate with your logging, weigh all foods that aren't liquids. It will happen.1
