Hello, I am fairly active and work out 3-6 days a week and I have a couple questions. I am around 5'10" and weigh 230lb I have a lot of muscle and don't really have a beer gut to say. But I do have love handles and a little around that area. I'm trying to figure out a goal weight and how to lean down some while still building muscle. I know 90 percent of it is the diet but does anyone have any advice on how to start and what I should be doing?

My 2 cents:
1. Keep on lifting (Lift heavy).
2. Cut your maintenance calories by about 500.
3. Eat enough protein (since you already training - I am assuming you know how much this is already).
4. Be patient.
