Lime wedge in my tea (I eat the lime flesh when the tea is gone), some herbs & spices, some near-non-caloric drinks like coffee. That's about it.

If I didn't weigh/log non-starchy veggies I'd be a couple hundred calories off, some days. Love me some veggies! ;)

I log everything except herbs and spices. I do log seasonings. I measure everything except my Walden Farms calorie free dressing.

    Spices and seasonings
Yeah that's it right there, everything else you should definitely be counting. And sometimes I do add in the seasonings

Spices, seasonings, leafy greens: spinach leaves, dandelion greens, arugula... (I just leave a 50 calorie wiggle room). I'll literally munch on a few of them every time I feel like munching, but I'm not hungy. 3 baby spinach leaves are weird to continually add throughout the day.

The only things I don't log are calorie and sodium free. Like the flavor drops for water, though I do track the water, or non salt containing spices since the calorie count is too low to matter.

I need to watch sodium for medical issues, so if it has salt, but no calories, it gets tracked.

I never log mustard. Sometimes I don't log celery, but I do if I'm trying to hit a fiber goal. I usually log fish oil because that's 20 calories.

I don't log spices, diet soda, and sugar free gum, and generally estimate spinach.

Soy sauce, mustard, garnish veggies. I like logging spinach and broccoli for the fiber, but I won't log them if I'm eating them because I'm feeling peckish late at night and it puts me over my calorie goals; I know it's dumb, but I don't like penalizing myself for munching on veggies late at night.

Also coffee, tea, hot sauce, cucumber, celery.

Agreed about the munching on veggies. When I feel like I eating for no reason and kind find a way to NOT want to eat (tried drink/gum etc. already) then having some Spinach should not be a punishment - the times I do go overboard on other stuff instead makes me feel terrible so if anything, when I munch 'needlessly' on veggies over a whole pack of biscuits I actually consider it a victory of sorts

Salt, black pepper, dried herbs, and non-significant amounts of spices. I also don't log tea and coffee (I just add a quick 20-50 calories when I want and don't add when I couldn't care less). Strangely I log lemon juice and garlic, sometimes by weight other times not. No reason why, I just log them because I OCD if I don't log these two for some reason.

My biggest guesstimate is lettuce. 100g 200g not much of a difference log 200 even if it seems less than that

Herbs and spices except for recipes so I know which ones I added last time. Everything else is counted.

Most vegetables (except for things like avocado)
    Creamer
Strawberries (unless I'm eating a ton of them)
