Take the information on your bag of kernels (3 tablespoons-38 grams, e.g.) and weigh your kernels before you pop them. Add to those calories the amount of calories listed in the typical "spritz" or your fry-light. Make it a "meal" entry. Edited: forgot to add that if you don't find an entry in the data base with the # of grams/calories that matches your product, you can create a "new entry" and use that.

I weigh kernels before I pop them and then log that, I also measure any toppings and log those.

Weigh the can of fry light before you spritz the popcorn. Record that. Weigh the can of fry light after you spritz the popcorn. Record that. Subtract the later from the former, and log that.

If you air pop the popcorn, you can weigh the kernels before popping, record that. weigh the unpopped kernels after popping, record that, do the math and log the difference.

Popping the popcorn in oil is also manageable. You can figure it out.
