    Last week's success: gave up alcohol. It is my enemy for losing weight. In fact it makes me gain.

    This week's challenges: the upcoming holiday weekend and not letting grief sabotage me. Will work on developing a balance between fun and projects to do.

    Goal weight:160 by Christmas 2017

    Current weight.. 185.6

    Total weight lost: 20.5

    This week weight lose -1.3 yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!

    This week's successes: prep more meals this week !!!! still trying to stay on track !!!!

    This week's challenges:: Drink more water!!! Stay on track!!!! Stay out of junk food!!! don't go over calories. stay focus!!!!! I NEED TO DO THIS !!!!!

    This weeks successes:
    1. Saw the total eclipse
    2. Girls bowling team decisvely won their first match of the year
    3. Helped co-worked who was behind on big deadline
    4. In the sheer exhaustion of the last week I lost my place, but not my goal.


    This weeks challenges:
    Take a deep breath and get things back in order. I have a bit of bloat as part of my weight gain, but I'm not kidding myself - I have a real gain over the last two weeks also. need to organzie my menus and not let this spiral out of control. Break is over.

    I hope I continue to do better, this is so hard for me, because I can Never keep Losing no matter how good I am I will always gain then lose then gain again it's a vicious cycle, but I'm determined to keep on going; I have to.

    I'll answer that for you
    CICO is Calories In Calories Out.
    You WILL lose weight if your calories in are less than your calories out. The challenge is getting the right numbers for both CI & CO.
