Mon/Wed/Fri I cycle anywhere between 8-12 miles depending on how much time I have...that results in anywhere between about 30 minutes to about 45 minutes.

On Saturdays I try to get in a 20-25 mile ride...sometimes 30...so that's anywhere from about 75 minutes to 120 minutes.

I lift on Tuesday and either Friday or Sunday for 60 minutes a pop.

I've been hitting the rock climbing gym about 1 or 2 times per month...anywhere from 2-4 hours.

On average I'd say 5-6 hours per week unless I'm training for something specifically...

Per week...5-6h lifting. 0-1h cardio. 1h yoga. (Plus walking but I don't count that) about 6-8h per week.

About 6-7 hours running, 7+ hours walking, another hour or two stretching and light weights after my runs. Sometimes an hour on the bike.

10-12 hours a week. I bike to and from work each day, plus a lunch hour yoga class, and sometimes a second yoga class after work.

Thinking I'm a lightweight here. I aim for 5 days a week at the Y. 45 mins each day. Tu/Th are weight days and M/W/F are treadmill and bike. History shows I am missing a day a week for whatever reason. But I can be there when they open, do my workout and still be at work for 7, so that works for me.

Then I'm aiming to run 10K on either Sat or Sun. Been doing well at this.

depends on where in my triathlon/marathon training season I am....probably minimum 5hrs, max 15 during peak season (half-ironman training); when I go to Ironman next year it will be peak 20hrs probably

13 to 34 hours cycling a month (winter / summer), plus about 12 hours strength training a month.
Few bits and pieces of various cardio on top of that.

Just retired from work so may have more time in future to do things I enjoy.

Probably about 6 hours a week:

    2 hours of OrangeTheory (running/strength/rowing)
    45 minutes of Spinning
    1-2 hours of yoga
1-4 hours of walking (sometimes just 30 min at work after lunch during the week 1-3 times, hiking for 1-2 hours, etc.)

    Occassional jogging/intervals (C25K style)
    Random kayaking or biking

I am ALLLL over the place. I try to run 3 times a week. Since I am finishing c210k this week, it is a little over an hour each time. I do 21 Day Fix on "off days" from running - which are 30 min each. However, I will sometimes skip those if I need rest days. I usually find 1 day a week to get on my bike and we've been averaging 2 hour rides lately. So I guess 5-6 hours a week?!

30-60 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. If I can't fit anything else in, I go for a walk at lunch. Don't worry, you don't have to put as much time in as some of these folks to see results. We all have different goals.
