It had taken me two years.
A long journey.
I still have 45 pounds to go!
I am 51 years young.
I am a vegetarian.
I follow a Plant Based diet.
It has been a long slow road, but I am getting there.
For anyone who thinks they can't do this,
I am living proof.
I suffered a stroke. Decided enough was enough and just started this journey.
I am happy to support anyone who would like to send a friend request.
This journey is always easier with friends.6 -

Half way to goal..... 289 lbs to 227 lbs since April.
I'm glad I did this..... although I don't notice a lot of difference and I still think I have chubby cheeks.
I can't wait to see what another 60 or so lbs weight loss will do.

Two months into this journey and down 26 pounds! Last night I wanted to check if I can tell a difference in my face.

You know what I noticed the most obvious characteristic with these facial weight loss pictures? Everybody gets their chin back and loses the turkey wattle under their chin.4
