Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) = 1972
Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) = 2465
    Average calories = 2131
    Last weeks Average = 2343

    Week 19 steps = 5162
    Week 18 steps = 5824

Step count is only outside the house and is the entire week, not one day.

    Weight - Starting weight-305 pounds August 2014/ August 13, 2017 305
    Calf- April 2016-20.5 inches/ Last week 18.5 / Today 19 inches
    Thigh- April 2016-29.25 inches / Last week 25 / Today 25.5 inches
    Hips - August 2013-59 inches / Last week 54.5 / Today 55 inches
    Abdomen - June 2016-49.25 inches / Last week 43/ Today 42 inches
    Waist - August, 2013-50.5 inches / Last week 45.25 / Today 45
    Forearm - April 2016-13 inches / Last week 11.5 inches/Today 11.5 inches

    Goals / Avg
    Carbs 60% / 43%
    Fat 30% / 41%
    Protein 10% / 16%

One thing I have noticed is that even with so many weeks and months of eating so many calories more than what I had gotten used to, it was scary easy to drop back down to my BMR and even lower on some days! As you can see, I finally noticed what I was doing and now I'm back on track again!

We unexpectedly lost our 13 1/2 year old cat yesterday. I watched her being born and I held her as she crossed the rainbow bridge.

Considering taking a week off from all logging again soon as I just realized that I've logged every day for over a year!

So sorry to hear about kitty. Love the pic of her looking at the deer.

A break can be very useful sometimes, trying to eat about the same amounts without the logging.

What you might do to still have an idea though - is don't worry about the weighing and measuring - just log whatever the last used serving size was for whatever you do eat.
But put in notes this was estimated day for review purposes.

Personally kept spreadsheet - MFP doesn't have most of that, except for the general food reports for total quantity.

Goals are from the TDEE estimates.

Once you get your stats - recommend you start your own thread to constantly update on just as Ann as done, actually, as many have done.

As you already know we lost our 13 !/2 year old kitty a week ago Saturday. We ordered her head stone this week. Well, on Sunday after I posted I learned that we also lost my cousin. He was seven years younger than I am. He had ALS. :(

After a rough start to the week, I decided that I was going to attempt to get my calories as close to my goal calories as I could get them. I somehow manged to do pretty good by the end of the week! Imagine my surprise this morning when I did my measurements and they had gone down again after trying to edge their way back up these last couple of weeks. So this week I am again going to try to get as close to my goal as I can. I won't even allow myself to get upset if I go over a little bit.

Still have not had time to get these but need to work on that although it will be difficult as I start to tech three times a week now so less time since I do have three jobs.

    @mepeiffer

You actually are putting your info in someone else's topic which in this case is their updates.

You need to create your own Discussion and put your info there.

This is what is considered hijacking a thread in forums.

Because of the fact it makes it awfully confusing, eventually to you trying to find your updates.

Not hijacking just trying to be supportive and get support from a group. Suggestion taken.

When you start your topic and want measurements - here's a site that helps get some figures to track.

I know I'm late updating, but Rick decided to share his cold... I'm miserable. I tried to tell that I know we share everything, but he really didn't need to share this. LOL Even through the fog of illness I've still managed to teach myself some new chainmaille weaves! I can now do Half Persian 3 in 1, Half Persian 4 in 1, Helm, box, Byzantine, spiral, Dragon Tail, Queen's Link, and Full Persian.

Of course the hEDS had to get really bad this week with having this darn cold. :( as you can tell in the picture.

Hey all, I'm still here and kicking. I just keep forgetting to update. Taking a two week break from another unintentional cut. I don't know why I can only eat at TDEE for a couple of weeks at a time before I just lose all interest in food again for three or four weeks. Oh well, the measurements might not be moving, but I can still see things continuing to tighten up. I'll try to remember to post some updated pictures of me, but until then here's what I created today... l40z41ci2i4b.jpg
