    Day 30 - spent over an hour at the gym doing various cardio, weights and of course, the sauna. Burned a little over 500 calories.

    Day 34 ended up being steps. Lots and Lots of steps. I treated myself to a manicure because that was my reward at 10lbs and then the grocery store. By the time I got home it was 10pm. My bed time so needless to say weights will be tonight.
