Didn't make it to the gym this morning. And I know I won't make it tonight, so today is a test day. But I'll make up for it by going tomorrow0

Okay so lets see I haven't done an actual workout since Day 34 I have walked steps everyday but have not been able to get to the pool and been getting in to late to do weights. Day 35 I did get over 10k steps as I walked at our local xmas show.1 -

Day 2/100 - 11/13/17 - 8.5m bike ride 11.9mph avg speed; 2m walk w/ Cora, my dog
Day 3/100 - 11/14/17 - 2m walk w/ Cora
Day 4/100 - 11/15/17 - 10.m bike ride 13mph avg speed; 1m walk w/ Cora
Day 5/100 - 11/16/17 - lazy dog meant 30min on the treadmill at the gym 1.75m0 -
Day 43 - 5AM cardio & legs for weight training!0

Day 49 - THANKSGIVING - I cooked all day and stayed under my calories!
Day 50 - WOO HOO! Half way there! I hit my step goal by Black Friday shopping
Day 51 (11/25) - More shopping today & back to the gym!!0 -
Day 52 - cardio & arms at gym. And bartending shift. Exceeded step goals!!0

Day 53 - 35 mins of cardio. Then sauna.
Can't wait to get back to full capabilities - currently have a sprained ankle, so no leg day this week.0 -

Day 57 (Dec 1) - rest day
