Not a success yet. But I’m on my way! I Still have along ways to go

Its a success in that its working and you've clearly lost weight. Good work.

What's your weight lifting workout routine?

With any good routine, it involves the proper exercises with proper amount of reps per body part per week as well as muscle confusion at intervals. I suggest finding a good trainer (I can suggest a great online trainer I use(d) via PM if you like) if you aren't quite following what i'm saying. Oh and of course, it involves the proper nutrition and mindset!

I've been doing everything from 3 sets of 10 sort of approach to sets of 20 and even 30 at different times. I personally love super-sets with little rest, but that's not for everyone.

Something I'm not entirely proud of but worth noting... almost 0 cardio and can barely remember eating a vegetable in a long time... different things work for different people. I plan to change that up in the new year
