Not new to MFP but FINALLY serious

Turning 30 this year really put my weight problem into perspective. I always thought, I’m young (I know I still am, just no longer in my 20’s) I have time to lose it without negative health issues.
This year I saw my weight climbing again and my clothes get tighter. I was losing all confidence in myself, and that had never been an issue. I decided to really stick to CICO and have been doing it successfully for about 2 months. I’m down about 10lbs and am excited to hit my goal of 140lbs. I’m looking for anyone to help keep me motivated when I most need it! Any input or encouragement is welcomed.

    I’m in the same boat. 28 and watching my body change..... serious changes I’ve put on about 100 lbs since high school and I cringe even typing that. I have no confidence anymore and not to toot my own horn but I used to be quite the hottie. Haha keep it up girl!
