    Sounds like you still see yourself as that kid you were in the 7th grade. Your perception of your physical appearance is out of wack. You need to work on that, not on losing more weight. No matter how small you get it won't make you feel better about yourself.

    Yeah, im at 2480 cals right now, will see where results are in a week, im getting better at placing my carbs during the day due to the light headness i get when i do not eat and lack of cals, takes a toll thats for sure

    I’m right where you are. I’m at a good weight for my height, but the stomach doesn’t want to come off. It can’t be seen by my friends and family. They think I’m crazy. But I want it flat. Totally flat. With no problem of a smidge of a roll of fat hanging over my waistband when I sit. No jiggle I feel when I walk or jog. Gone.
    But I have the issue of being much older than you.
    By the way, you look totally in shape to me.
