HELP NAVIGATING NEW SITE

I am not new to MFP but have not been using it for a while. Recently, I decided to use it again to track calories and the site is different. For the life of me I can not figure out how to use “quick add” each meal and snack. I cannot even find it. Help, please

    To be honest, if you are going to log, you might as well log accurately, so you should hardly ever use quick add. It just adds an unidentified calorie amount.

    I've been logging over 3 years and never used it. I believe it's a link under each meal.

    Never used quick add. Just hit the bar under each breakfast....lunch...snack, etc.
    Many choices will pop up or you can use the bar code for products in the upper right corner and choose amounts for everything you enter.
    After each item you wish to pick tap the check mark at the upper right then it is logged.....you will get it once you play with it!
