He is a nice guy, i wish i didn't get so snappy with him sometimes.. I take Imotrigen for my moods but sometimes it really doesn't do much, I have borderline personality disorder so im constantly up or down.. but he puts up with me, i don't really feel like i deserve him a lot of the time.2

@tiffaninghs -- it's not meant to be confusing. If you have questions I will be more then happy to answer them.
This is just a way to make sure the logs you're selecting are the right calories and not too little so that you eat your deficit and slow your losses4 -

Sometimes i wonder if my fingers are just really fat... on my phone, every word with an 'n' in it, i miss the n and hit the space bar.. god love me if i wanted to spell banana..

Yeah unfortunately I've been the main one keeping the page from going to page 2,3.. etc.
It's not really a topic that generates a lot of discussion, like the refeed thread. But i wanna keep it on the main page for a bit cause it's also good info for people who pop by or lurk, etc.5
