Pork loin, sauerkraut and a bit of baked tater. I'm in with the tater for the crisp crunchy skin. Oiled for extra crunch. :)

Ok, it was lunch, not dinner, but wow... so much more satisfying and colourful than a slice of bread with whatever...!

Stirfry: pork loin, broccoli, cabbage, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, probably Five Chinese Spice. I've not made it/eaten yet but that's what we're having.

Lake Erie Walleye stuffed with Crab Imperial (topped w/ mayo, parm, paprika) ...and side of cauli-rice mixed w/ wild black & mahogany rice (adds <10g carbs to serving, high fiber)

That looks amazing!!! I'm going to have to look up that rice!

Well, I'll be. I love wild rice but never thought of cutting it with "riced" cauliflower. Excellent!

Dinner last night was Chicken Tikka Masala and some broccoli.

Tonight is fresh Sea bass and a fresh veg. salad.
