Success pictures of women who started at 300lbs

Started at 301 pounds on January 19th, 2017. I am now in the 190s. I don't know my exact weight, haven't stepped on the scale in a while. So about 11 months? I workout (walking, dancing) and just count my calories

Pardon me lady....NOT exactly a success story??? You've lost 100 lbs in a year....explain to me how that isn't absolutely killing it?!?! You should be proud, and you look fantastic. Live that success!!

Ladies.....keep it going! Don't quit. Push through the disappointments and frustrations. They are going to happen. FOR SURE! We are all human. We are all going to do stupid things. Things that are counter-productive. In 20 years from now, God willing, who cares. Don't worry about it. Just keep on doing whatever y'all have been doing.

Hope to be posting on this thread some day. Started 10/30 at 301.6. Down to 284 today. In it for the long haul!

Heck yeah this is my kinda thread. Started at 319.4 on 7/5/16 and now at 205. I’m 6’1”. Calorie counting and consistency.
