I'm in! Just joined MFP. I've lost a ton of weight over the course of a number of years and have done a good job of keeping it off. But, over the past couple years I've gotten super busy, lost motivstion and put some back on. I'm want to lose 15-20 lbs but most importantly I want to build strength and muscle. I workout 1-3 times a week right now and I definitely need some kicks in the butt so I stop using work and single parenting as excuses!5

Happy New Year everybody!!! Let's make this one the best yet! Hubby and I took the kids sledding yesterday. We were there for about three hours. I am not sure how many steps that was, but the hills sure were tall! Woohoo! 2018 here we come!1

Yesterday was a good day with meals. I am doing better at adding veggies to the table for the family. I am looking for a good treadmill for home. Preferably >$600. Any suggestions? (So far I am leaning toward the Proformer 400i. Anyone have experience with this one or others?)0

I am using a Proform 345s. It's an older unit that someone wanted to get rid of. Lucky me, lol, FREE . It serves its purpose .Along with the usual data it has a power incline, a HR monitor and it folds up. I say it's a little loud but my wife disagrees and says "well it's not quiet" . We do turn up the TV a few notches when its on but I would buy another. Good luck with your purchase.
