    Yes thank you shawna357 for getting us started! I think water is a great first week challenge. I tend to not drink as much in the winter so I definitely need to boost it up!

    Happy New Year teammates!

    My name is Vert and I'm a 5th grade ELA teacher in Washington state. This group has really helped me get back on track and stay motivated. But over the holidays, travel and eating out has really been a set back. However, I'm trying not to dwell on that and am looking ahead to January as a new start.

    Over the holidays, I didn't workout and was not diligent with my food choices. I'm very happy to be back home so I can get back on track.

    Ugh!!! I believe I've let the holidays get the best of me. Hopefully it comes off as quick as it came on, but it usually doesn't work that way. Sadly, I am almost back to the weight I was a year ago. Maybe this is the incentive I need to move my tail!!! Looking for a good number next week!!

    Water challenge is a great idea!

    So far I have drank 3 litres or 105oz today
