VIRB

So, new to the Garmin Fitness Tracker. Like it so far except same problem as I had with my Fitbit...it won't count all my steps. It's frustrating because it's hard for me to climb stairs and I want them ALL counted.

Other than that, the issue I'm having is during my setup yesterday I checked something and now on my tracker it's showing "VIRB Searching...". Can someone tell me what this is and how do it remove it from showing on my tracker? Thank you.
