    Add me, please! I used to love to work out, and still enjoy it when I do. I also need to stop using long office hours and single parenting as an excuse. Ive been doing very well tracking every day, ive gotta put some exercise in there!

    Happy New Year everybody!!! Let's make this one the best yet! Hubby and I took the kids sledding yesterday. We were there for about three hours. I am not sure how many steps that was, but the hills sure were tall! Woohoo! 2018 here we come!

    Yesterday was a good day with meals. I am doing better at adding veggies to the table for the family. :D I am looking for a good treadmill for home. Preferably >$600. Any suggestions? (So far I am leaning toward the Proformer 400i. Anyone have experience with this one or others?)

    I am using a Proform 345s. It's an older unit that someone wanted to get rid of. Lucky me, lol, FREE . It serves its purpose .Along with the usual data it has a power incline, a HR monitor and it folds up. I say it's a little loud but my wife disagrees and says "well it's not quiet" . We do turn up the TV a few notches when its on but I would buy another. Good luck with your purchase.
