I'm full of Irish/Canadian blood - but not from Canada officially. My Grandmother/Grandfather were born there. Still have A LOT of family there who I connect with.

It's gravy and cheese over French fries. The Perfect post break-up food.

    For non-Canadians...

It has to be cheese curds... not shredded cheese. And if you want to get even more specific, Quebec cheese curds are best.

    I really miss poutine...

In the summer I ate 5 pounds of potatoes and a pound of cheese curds that way (also hella lotta gravy). Me thinks my Canadian is showing B)

    Who’s Canadian?

First name that came to my mind was
Margaret Joan Trudeau, shows my age.
She and I were both born in 1948.
