    I've been here on and off for years and the older I get the harder it gets. It's beyond time for me to get serious about my health; old habits die hard and I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet.

    Weight lost this week: .8 lbs. This past week has been a little rough, lots of opportunities to go out with friends to eat (caved and went with them to this awesome Japanese restaurant and may have over did it). Not as much weight lost for the week, but I didn't eat super well and its a good reminder to get back on track. I'm still happy to have a downward trend though! This week I will focus on getting all the way down to 159.0 lbs.

    Weight lost this week: 2lbs. I weighed myself 4 times because this is a very unusual drop for me, even with eating well and consistent exercise. I wouldn’t be surprised to bounce back up or plateau over the next few weeks!

    STRUGGLES and SUCCESSES this week:
    Snow! My dog is staring at me, but it is too icy (and cold) to walk safely.
    However, I did get some exercise shoveling, and I held a dance party for one...

    Oh! and as of Friday, Frodo and I have dog-walked 100 miles (since Dec 12th).
    I averaged over 15000 steps per day last week.
