Joined a gym , started Keto. Not losing what I thought but feeling great and clothes are getting looser. Need help to stay the course. I usually give up around week 4 , which is now!!!

    What do you mean by not losing what you thought? What are your stats and how much have you lost?

    If you're losing weight, what you're doing is working. Plus you feel great and your clothes are getting looser, all great reasons to keep going right? How much have you lost so far?
