    5’8 (172cm)
    130-133lb
    BMI 19.8

    Dress size 2-4
Pants size 4 (with at least a 30 inch inseam because legs)
Tops XS-S (itty bitty titty committee)

When I was 123lb I’d wear size 0 dresses and size 2 pants for a tighter fit, and my size 4 pants had good room. I also have a couple pairs of size 25 designer jeans that I want to wear again :'(

Size: 8 to 10 (10 is more comfy)
    12lb overweight

I used to be obese: 189lb. Starts at 167lb last year, so I lost a decent amount. I wore sizes 18 to 20 then.

    150 lbs.
    BMI 22.2
    BF: 20.4%
Size: 3 in jeans (or 28/36), M in shirts/dresses (32D, so need the chest room but they are usually baggy in the waist)
  • I don’t think it’s a height thing. I’m 5’9”-5”10” and I am a size 4. I am usually a 0-2 which is where I’m heading.

    145 pounds
    Pants/Jeans size 4 or 7 (juniors)
Shirts size Small or Medium depending on the style and cut. I stay away from button down shirts as I need a large to button them and then they are too long in the sleeves
Dresses - a lot of different factors.

I'm 5'10, 150#. My BMI is 21.5. I haven't had my BF% calculated in a while - I'd guess low 20s. I wear a size 6 and size small tops. My clothing size doesn't really change too much though, even with a 20# weight swing. At 155# I was a size 6 in most things (although some of my smaller fitting size 6s became too tight and stayed in my closet). And when I was in the mid 130s (which is my goal weight) I was still a size 6 - occasionally a size 4.

    150+/-
    BMI 24.8
Pants: 10 or M. Inching towards an 8 on stretchy jeans.
Shirt: M or L depending on stretch and buttons. Closer to a M now in most things.

Sweaters and coats I like to get in a L for the extra room and I love big sweaters.

I wear a size 6 most of the time. Brands seem to vary wildly though.

When I had a BMI of 48 (307 pounds) I was in a 30 (still wearing 28s, but they were very stretchy elastic. My 28 tops were all too small).

    My BMI is now 38.9 (249 pounds) and I'm in a snug 22 pants/too loose 24, 3x top.

I typically wear size 6 pants, can fit in to some size 4. Also have a few size 8s that fit, but definately on the baggy side. Shirts are medium or large depending on where I shop.

It depends a lot on your height and frame, not just weight or body fat.

    5’8”
    171 lbs
    BMI 26
Pants size 10 (almost in an 8)
Shirt / dress size 14 (dress 14 too big in hips, but 12 too right on bust .. frustrating and disappointing as heck)
