"Our greatest glory is, not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." - Oliver Goldsmith
    Start 10/18/2017 = 147.9
    R22 * Start = 143.4 * Ave = 141.9 * Min = 140.2 * End = 141.2
    R23 * Start = 142.0 * Ave = 140.1 * Min = 139.4 * End = 139.6
    R24 * Start = 140.0 * Ave = 138.6 * Min = 137.0 * End = 137.0
    R25 * Start = 136.6 * Ave = 137.0 * Min = 135.8 * End = 135.8
    R26 * Start = 136.6 * Ave = 135.6 * Min = 134.8 * End = 136.0
    R27 * Start = 135.4 * Ave = 135.0 * Min = 133.4 * End = 134.0
    R28 * Start = 135.2 * Ave = 133.5 * Min = 132.2 * End = 133.0
    R29 * Start = 132.6 * Ave = 131.8 * Min = 130.6 * End = 131.8

    Round 30 Start = 132.4
Goal = NOT to let myself down and regain it all out of fear as I approach initial goal weight 130.0

1/28 - 132.4 - Sunday weight, deserved, have had a really rocky past few days food wise and feeling wise. Did run 4 miles on Saturday.
1/29 - did not weigh Monday. Up since forever, headache, eating sweets for comfort and didn't even log yesterday. Sometimes what was working stops meaning anything, for just a minute, and I have to regroup :(
1/30 - 132.2 - I logged yesterday, drank water, and slept last night. Rising again even though I fell (Thanks holisticpradise for reminding me)
1/31 - 132.0 - just under calories yesterday, 30 min rowing workout but didn't get steps. Poor sleep last night. Today, THE DENTIST (twice!)
2/1 - 132.0 - a squinch over calories yesterday, rocking 3 mile run. Lots of emo lately.
2/2 - 130.6 - finally lost the bloat from last weekend's indiscretions, in time for ... THIS WEEKEND! Solid workout last night (run to gym, 10 min stairs, 25 min elliptical going hard) and under calories. It's going to be slower loss from here on out, and harder to tell if I am succeeding. This daily tracking and ACCOUNTABILITY really helps.
2/3 - 130.8 - under calories yesterday and ran a couple of miles.

2/4 - 130.8 - under calories, made my step goal with some low intensity movement, just exhausted so got 8 full hours of crashout. Does not happen every day. Coffee shop with a friend today, working on a plan (it was my nemesis last weekend)

@puddlegoober LOL glad you figured out TOM! If you hear about “shark week,” it is pretty much the same thing but worse as switching to a Keto WOE (way of eating) causes your hormones to get whacky until the reset which can take several cycles.

@SherryRueter Fat is the lever to help you feel satisfied while you want to eat all of your protein (my shortcoming) and not exceed your carbs. If you are short on fat but not hungry, you should be okay. Have you made any Fat Bombs?

@xiaoguai If you have been doing Keto for a while and are fat adapted, ketone strips may stop showing ketones. They measure ketones you are spilling but in a perfect world, your body should be using the ketones it produces for functioning.

    02/03 = 214.0

02/04 = 213.2. Basketball was great as always. Had a good day of eating. But then I went out to karaoke with my wife. Four beers and an order of sliders later, I ate back my exercise calories, and then some. I will did okay, all things considering. Going to try my best to stay mindful for the Superbowl.
