    @xiaoguai I’m also doing Keto- since mid-July. I have been between 144.5and 146.5 since mid-December with a 1 day dip to 143. As they say, “Trust the process.” Even without losing weight or exercise my waist went from 38” to 34” in the first 25 days of this year. Something IS happening. I’m glad I started to write this note to you because I was feeling pretty discouraged myself and it has helped me. I hope it helps you, too!

    01/28 145 Switching my macros to see if I can get losing again. I’ve been around this weight since mid-December. 12 weeks until my reunion.

    02/04 144.5 Was OVER on calories, carbs, and fat and short on protein. Had no control over ingredients used by my friends but did my best to avoid starchy carbs. Had some alcohol and a Half can of Diet Pepsi- boy did that taste sweet! Going to friends for Super Bowl - I’d rather have a root canal! I would love to get a whoosh before this round ends!

    1/28 - 153.4 ... Not much activity and lots of lattes, sitting and visiting. Maybe the movies today so more sitting. :blush:
    1/29 - 155 ... Must be that Thai Green Curry I had, also too much sitting around. Back to the plan.
    1/30 - 154.9 ... 1560 calories. got 2 great walks in. Felt a bit tired last night. Have doctor appointment this morning, which includes a weight in hope they're proud. lol
    1/31 - 155.3 ... Had an incident with some macarons :/

    2/2 - 158 ... Grandmas service yesterday. Lots of sitting, visiting, baking and eating and ham is really salty. I'll get back at it again. So much rain. Need to get my walks in and a hike or something this weekend.

    2/4 - 155.3.... long walk yesterday. Going to try and have a few good walks today too.
    2/5 - 154.4 .... Happy to be here again. What a few days that was.

    2/6 - 154 ... It's getting a tiny bit light out after work now. I have about 20 minutes for a walk before it get too dark.... That's exciting!! See you all next round, I really enjoy reading all your posts.

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be ranging lower around 112-114 lately. I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. I enjoy following everyone else's progress & thanks to my OCD tendencies, I enjoy tracking my calories & daily weight.

    02/05 - 183.5 my first weight in in about a million years. This is disappointing but about where I thought I would be.

    2/06 - 182.4 ran a 5K on the treadmill yesterday but also had some wine and a post-workout snack before dinner. Was 270 calories over my goal but did not count my work out calories.

    I have my calorie goal set at 1670 to start. I do not count my work out calories gained as I don't trust the MFP calories burned estimates.

    I logged my weight into MFP this morning and saw my history. I used to be very active here but have been away for over a year. I have gained 30 pounds since my lowest weight in 2012! In 2012 I had stopped drinking and was in marathon training and had lost about 20 pounds over 4 or 5 months. I loved how I felt and looked at the weight (154.2) and I want to get back there!

    So that's my goal! 154.2

    I am loving this challenge so far. I am ready for the Round 31!

    01/29: 216.4 ---Expected this rise. Yesterday was our 4th Sunday family gathering and also a time for everyone to celebrate my son's recent birthday, so it was ALL his favorites. And yes, needless to say, ALL high calorie stuff. :/
    01/30: 216 :sweat_smile: I was hoping down and not another increase.
    01/31: 216 ---Felt really bad yesterday evening so, I laid down early with no workout. Woke up this morning on a cleaning spree. I worked through breakfast but, made myself eat lunch. My fitbit showed I'd been in exercise mode for 8.5 hours. Now I'm exhausted and don't feel like working out, but at least my house is clean.
    02/01: 215.4 ???--- :weary: I don't know what I weigh. My scale has given me error messages and different weights 5 times ranging from 214.2 to 216.6. So, I'll go with the first number it gave me. Who knows what it will say tomorrow, but I'm comparing scales now online.
    02/02: ??????????? - Going to get a new scale.
    02/03: 217-- new scale :-1:
    02/04: 217.4 --- I kept the receipt and packaging, but this thing may end up thrown out the door. :angry:

    02/06: 216.6---my son put another battery in the old scale even though it wasn't giving the error code LO, and it seemed to help. So, this morning I weighed on both: new 216.6 old: 215.8. I'm going with the new because I'd rather go down than to fool myself in thinking I was already there. So, with all of that being said, I don't know how i made out this round :confused:

    2/4 221.6 struggled with cravings yesterday but managed to stay within my calorie goal. Hopefully I can control myself during the super bowl.

    2/6 223 Off to a great start. I hope I can keep it up. I’ve been logging all my food and staying within calorie goal. I’ve also been making sure to reach 10,000 steps everyday. I’ve added about 3 days of strength training as wel. It’s been a while since I’ve tried and lost any weight so 7 lbs lighter feels great!! I’m so glad I started this challenge!
