I've stopped in the past and then ended up back with weight to lose, so, for now, I am going to say ... YUP
  • I think I will be doing this for 2 years to get to goal weight, by then I should know what to eat so I don't have to count anymore, because around what I'm eating now should be my maintenance when I get to goal.

Yes. I stopped before because I thought I was good and packed on all the weight I lost and then some.

If/when I reach my goal weight, I'd like to try to maintain upon my own; I'll weigh myself monthly {28 days} instead of weekly & if I gain 10 pounds, I'll return to weighing/logging; my consumables!
