Over the hill, but still climbing

As recent as in my early 50s, I vowed I wouldn't be one of those people who let extra weight creep up on my. Jokes on me! After mid-50ish, it isn't as easy as it used to be to eat and exercise the weight away. So I need to refresh my techniques beyond treadmills and the weight room to tackle extra pounds and other sagging surprises.
