Roku fitness channels

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a workout plan to follow at home and noticed there are many fitness channels on my Roku. Some of these are free, some aren't. Has anyone ever used any of these channels? Is there anything anyone can recommend?

Currently I walk an hour on the treadmill three times a week, do light yoga with an app and some YouTube videos daily, and some resistance band upper arm work 3 days a week.

I'm looking to add in some at home cardio and tend to do best with structured programs I can follow.

Thanks!

I would recommend the Nike Training Club app. It's free, and there's workout plans you can customize to your liking - what kind of workouts, what level of intensity, how many days a week, what kind of equipment you have. I enjoy it a lot; it's the only plan I've ever been able to really stick to, including ones I've paid for.
