@LoraineGB Thanks for the photos. I'll be at a conference in Las Vegas next week. I fly in on March 1 and leave the following Monday. My wife, Rose, will join me. We are staying at the Green Valley Ranch south of LV. I will look up the Wetlands. Rose and I will try to get out there and take a hike. She has lots of time so let me know your preferred hiking areas. Thanks, Rick3 -

Yesterday was a complete rest day for me, pre competition today (Saturday) So a Pass day.
However, I did track my food and ate what I tracked! HOORAY! Now I am off to get ready for my event!

"drop by drop the bucket gets full" Yeah!!! February is almost done.....Wow O 5 more days!2 -
