Been weighing and everything and weight wasn't moving for almost 3 weeks, then woosh, ~4 lbs came off in 2 days. Happens all the time to me.2 -
Number should probably be closer to 70%. The other 30% are from those who either don't understand or don't want to understand fluid fluctuation.

No. They are using the scale rather than measuring cups for ACV.9
