Hello everyone.. Just want to share with you my before and after picture I used to wait 400 lb now I'm at 265 I'm so proud of myself my goal is to be at 240 or 245.. this journey has been so hard but once you start seeing the results I cannot describe how amazing it feels this is the result of 19 months of hard work and dedication..
