Darn baby weight!! Can I get an Amen?!

Hey guys!
I’m returning to my fitness pal after a loooong time being off. I decided to come back as I had a baby in 2016 (November) and although I was fit and healthy during that pregnancy I gained like 40lbs. Now I’m coming to the end of a 16 month breastfeeding journey and I STILL HAVE 40 EXTRA POUNDS. I have been active doing cardio, yoga, weights, and Zumba but this weight is stubborn.

I decided it’s time to track my diet, get some support, and get my booty into gear so I can keep up with my kids. I would also like to get myself back to running which is my love. It just hurts to run right now because of the added weight.

So in short...looking for some motivation and friends to keep me inspired through this journey!

    Hi Ariel, Welcome back! I'm back on myfitnesspal too after having my daughter in January of 2018. We can work to keep each other motivated!
