I also really like to mix peanut butter with a little soy sauce and a tiny bit of olive oil and Sriracha, to make a quick sauce for stir fry (love it with sno peas, celery, onion & cabbage). So yummy and easy!

Who needs anything WITH peanut butter, it's fabulous all on it's own.... But I am partial to eating it with chocolate.2

Homemade candy bar!
Melt the peanut butter, chocoate, and coconut oil. Mix in the honey, and rice krispies. Pour into a mould and chill.
1 tablespoon peanut butter
14g coconut oil
14 grams Chocolate Chips
8 g Rice Krispies Cereal
1 teaspoon honey4 -
Satay sauce for chicken kebabs by heating with a splash of soy, half a lime (ish) juice, good splash of coconut milk, teeny drip of fish sauce, a little brown sugar and some chopped red chilli.3

I’m pretty sure you can make PB cookies in the microwave with just good crunchy PB, eggs, and a sweetener.
I’d have to work out ratios if I make them in the future but it’s nothing you can’t eyeball1 -
