I made my GW TODAY!

SW 376.2 (2013, age 65, WW)
CW 182.2 (3/29/18 -194#)
GW 184 (HS football weight was 185)

2013-2014 Lost 100# And then focused to NOT gain back like all the other times I had lost weight,
2015 Lost -16#
2016 Joined MFP Challenge to lose 52 Pounds In 52 Weeks. Lost 33#
2017 Tried AGAIN, Lost 47#
2018 Lost 5 Pounds to make GW BELOW 184.
Today 182.2 age 70 yo.

Basically follow WW Eating Plan and enjoy going to aqua aerobics, swimming laps and walking the dog. After five years I learned to not go on a “Diet” I changed, I now Live my Lifestyle. Healthier, active and enjoy being better off than mindless eating, junk food, fast food and stuffing my face.

Pound a week adds up BUT it wasn’t easy. Keep focus on every week.

Just saw your post and wanted to thank you for sharing. I aspire to that mindset - living a healthy lifestyle vs. just “on a diet.” It’s amazing to be reminded it works! Thank you and congratulations on your efforts.

I actually now believe the cliche’
“If you live the Lifestyle you never have to go on a diet.”
